The Taiwanese company Adata Technology under the XPG gaming brand has introduced a line of NVMe drives Spectrix S20G, which includes SSDs of 500 GB and 1 TB. They are made in the M.2 2280 form factor, use four PCI-E 3.0 lanes and support the NVMe 1.3 protocol.

There is no information available on the type of controller and the 3D NAND flash memory used. Unfortunately, this trend is increasingly seen in various second and third tier SSD manufacturers.
