On June 22, AMD released the Radeon Adrenalin graphics driver update to version 21.2.2. The main innovations are the promised activation of the AI-super sampling technology FidelityFX Super Resolution (analogue of NVIDIA DLSS) and support for the mobile video card Radeon RX 6800M.
FidelityFX Super Resolution technology offers four graphics modes that strike a balance between performance and quality. So far, only seven games are supported, but twelve more titles will be joining them soon. And the list will gradually grow. To date, 44 publishers and developers have announced their intention to progressively integrate technology support into their projects.

Notably, the new graphics driver package is only compatible with Windows 10 64-bit. The graphics chip maker has discontinued support for Windows 7 and the legacy Radeon 200, 300 and Fury series GPUs to focus on optimizing the latest graphics cores.
The update also includes performance optimizations for several games, including Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance, and fixes some previously reported bugs, including Anno 1800 crashes when launching a game on DirectX 12 and a crash when launching Ring of Elysium on DirectX 12 with ray tracing enabled.
The Radeon Adrenalin 21.6.1 graphics driver package can be downloaded from the official website.
