At the CES 2020 in January, AMD introduced an 8-core 16-threaded Ryzen 7 4800H mobile voltage processor, which will be the first to be launched in the Asus ROG series and TUF series. Now, well-known hardware blasters @Apisak have found the Ryzen 7 4800H on The Geekbench 5, which has already surpassed the i9-9980HK in Multi-Core benchmark.

Intel i7-10750H and i9-9980HK
The data shows that the Ryzen 7 4800H single-core running score is close to 1200 points, multi-core running score is more than 8000 points. By contrast, the i9-9980HK has a higher single-core performance and a multi-core running score that is inferior to the R7 4800H. Also, Intel is about to launch the i7-10750H, a 6-core 12 thread, whose running score is close to i9-9980HK.

The Ryzen 7 4800H is an 8-core 16 thread with a base frequency of 2.9GHz and boost clock of 4.2GHz. The Ryzen 7 4800H has a TDP is 45W and is made on the Zen 2 architecture based on 7nm process.
The 7nm Ryzen Mobile Processors are expected to hit shelves in April 2020.
