ASUS today unveiled the superior and durable TUF Gaming laptops FX505 and FX705. At15.6” and 17.3”respectively, these gaming laptops have been crafted for Gaming and to all the expectations from high-end gaming laptop at affordable prices.

The top of the range, the FX505 and FX705 gaming laptops are equipped with an Intel Core i7-8750H processor and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card. The devices are equipped with a gigabit Ethernet port and a high-speed Wi-Fi module. DTS audio technology provides virtual surround sound.
The FX505 and FX705 laptops have a NanoEdge display with IPS-matrix Full-HD resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate, so the image in games is absolutely smooth and clear, without blurring in dynamic scenes due to the matte finish, the screen does not glare in the sun. The colour gamut of 100% of the sRGB space provides bright and natural colours that are not distorted even when viewed almost parallel to the screen due to wide viewing angles.

The FX505 and FX705 pass the MIL-810G military-grade tests. It features the RGB keyboard that is loved by the gamers both the gaming laptops offer a familiar configuration to the gamers with the WASD key setup, a keycap curve of 0.25mm, and precise control via the Over Stroke technology. Besides, the keys can withstand over 20 million presses. Each laptop has an HDMI port for connecting external displays, two USB 3.1 Gen1 ports and one USB 2.0 for various peripheral devices.
For cooling the FX505 and FX705 is the HyperCool system, in which the CPU and GPU are cooled independently. One of the fans is located directly under the keyboard, so the laptop keyboard stays pleasantly cool even during long gaming sessions. The special design of the lid cut by 25% increases the efficiency of heat removal compared to the traditional form of the body. So that over time, the efficiency of the cooling system does not decrease due to accumulated dust, pollutants are effectively removed from the laptop case through special channels and do not stick to the fan blades which significantly increases the stability and durability of the computer system.
