After Honor separated from Huawei, the US sanctions against the parent company lost their force and this gave independence for the development of Honor. Now the company has agreed with Qualcomm on the use of their System-On-Chip (SoC) (Huawei-Kirin ban due to the sanctions).
And in the global versions of Honor smartphones, Google services (GMS) will finally appear.

This was reported by the German division of Honor. One of the users in the Honor 50 discussion thread asked a burning question and received an affirmative answer. Google services will appear in Honor smartphones. Later, a statement from the press will follow while there is formal, but no official confirmation from the German branch of the company. Thus we can say that the first Honor smartphones of this year with Google services will be the Honor 50.
