Intel recently announced its Cascade Lake-SP (Scalable Performance) processors, but its announcement had very little technical information. The company also kept quiet about the planned models. Intel probably won’t reveal those specifics until the official launch, which is supposed to be at the end of the year. However, Lenovo did the work for Intel and listed the entire Cascade Lake lineup with detailed specifications.

Intel Cascade Lake-SP is a family of 39 Xeon processors, the core number, frequency and power consumption of these processors are all exposed.

At this stage, Xeon processors have four different series, namely Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, which in turn improve performance and price. Among the exposed products, the top-of-the-line product is the Xeon Platinum 8280 processor. The core of the processor is up to 28 cores, clocked at 2.7GHz and consumes 205W.

In addition, this series of entry-level bronze products is the Xeon Bronze 3204, with a core of 6 cores, a frequency of 1.9GHz and a power consumption of 85W.
