Lenovo launched its newest top-class mobile phone, Z6 Pro, in China. The Z6 Pro is the second cellphone powered by Snapdragon 855 after the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT. The inauguration of this cellphone also dismissed the previous news which mentioned that the Lenovo Z6 Pro will be equipped with a 100 MP main camera and 5G connectivity. Instead of a 100 MP and 5G camera, the Lenovo Z6 Pro has a 48-megapixel main camera and still relies on 4G LTE connectivity. Even so, the 5G version of the cellphone with the name Lenovo Z6 Pro 5G Discovery Edition is said to be available later, but it is still uncertain when.
Lenovo Z6 Pro itself has AMOLED panels with a diagonal 6.39 inches (resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels, 19,5: 9 aspect ratio ) and has waterdrop. Inside this notch, there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 lens openings. While on the back, Lenovo carries a glossy glass shell design with shades of colour gradation. On the back of the Lenovo Z6 Pro, four cameras are embedded along with one LED flash module and an autofocus module located to the right of the camera array. Each rear camera has a 48 MP resolution (f/1.8), 16 MP ultra wide-angle 125 degrees, 8 MP telephoto (f/2.4), and 2 MP super video camera with 8-axis OIS (f/1.8). The camera on this phone also supports a number of features such as the super night scene, super macros, super wide-angle shots, and video recording features together on the front and rear cameras, hypervideo.
Lenovo Z6 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 855. The chip is paired with up to 12GB RAM configuration and up to 512GB of internal memory. Other features include a 4,000 mAh battery with 27W fast charging, in-display fingerprint scanner, dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, dual-frequency GPS (L1 + L5), Bluetooth 5.0, Android 9.0 Pie operating system, and a Lenovo-style interface ZUI 11.
There is also a USB-Type C connector and also a 3.5mm audio jack that is still available on this phone. For the price, the Lenovo Z6 Pro is priced based on RAM configuration and internal memory which is set at the following prices.
- 6GB RAM + 128GB storage – 2,899 Yuan
- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage – 2,999 Yuan
- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage – 3,799 Yuan
- 12GB RAM + 512GB storage – 4,999 Yuan
This phone comes in two colours, namely Red-Black and Green-Blue, and will be available in China starting April 29.
