WhatsApp users are often entered into a group without their permission. This, of course, is very disturbing and violates someone’s privacy and WhatsApp seems to have heard these complaints because WhatsApp is now creating a new system that can prevent users from entering unwanted conversation groups. The system will limit invitations to enter the conversation group. The “Group Invitation” or Invitation Group feature was only present for WhatsApp business users, but will then be developed for all users. This feature is currently still in the testing phase. For a while, this feature has only been distributed to users registered in the iOS beta program.
This feature will be activated via the user privacy settings menu. Later, users will get three options to determine who can invite number owners to join the conversation group.

If the user chooses this option, then anyone will still be able to enter the user’s number into the conversation group, even though it is unknown and without permission. That is, if the user chooses this option, the privacy they have will still be disturbed.
My Contact
With this option, only people in the contact list can enter the user’s number into a group. Other users whose numbers are not recorded in the contact list, will still be able to invite the owner of the number to enter the group. But a notification will appear where the number owner can determine whether he wants to enter the group or not.
Nobody
This option allows users to filter all group invitations from numbers registered in contacts or unknown numbers. Through this option, when the owner of the number is invited to enter the WhatsApp group, a notification will appear asking them to choose whether to enter the conversation group or not. This notification will appear for 72 hours. During this time, users can choose “yes” or “no” choices.
The choice of “Nobody” will be the choice that best guarantees the privacy of the owner of the number. Because with this option, the owner of the number will not be able to be included in an unwanted group. At present, the Group Invitation feature is still not available because it is still under development. But in the future, both Android and iOS users will be able to enjoy these features.
